Head of People (Global)

Hands-on Head of People responsible for owning and scaling BJAK’s global HR function across multiple countries, from hiring and performance management to payroll, benefits and compliance. You will lead a small HR team, partner with founders and senior leaders on organization design, and implement practical frameworks to drive engagement, retention, and execution in a fast-growing, international environment.
