Key Responsibilities

•Lead the engineering and administrative staff at the San Diego office, delivering lifecycle services including system problem resolution, field services, system startup coverage, upgrades, and small projects while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
•Interface with key customer personnel to build relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding performance.
•Perform monthly project cost reviews and implement efficiency-improving procedures; review upgrade, project, and service proposals to ensure objectives are met.
•Support regional financial, efficiency, and quality objectives (sales volume, margin, customer satisfaction, timely shipments, startup and support services).
•Supervise and coordinate personnel, equipment, and financial resources to expand regional business volume and profitability.

•Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
•7+ years of related experience

•Preferred: PE (Professional Engineer) or PMP; OV400 certification and prior Ovation and/or DCS experience; past experience as site manager or project manager
