Key Responsibilities

  • •Support construction welding activities on a major EPCM project and drive welding technical excellence and assurance.
  • •Review overall QA/QC system setup, ensure QC plan and ITPs are in place, and review WPS, PQR, and welding performance reports.
  • •Witness welder tests and monitor welder continuity logs for compliance; review fabrication shop and field welding quality.
  • •Review NDE and PWHT activities and records; interpret welding queries for compliance with ASME and AWS codes/specifications.
  • •Audit field construction projects for Quality System compliance, recommend corrective actions for deviations, and proactively support project teams as needed.

  • •Bachelor or Diploma degree in a related field.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in field welding QC and coatings systems.
  • •CSWIP or AWS Certified Welding Inspector; NDE certifications preferred.

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with coordination across disciplines.
