Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts, including accurate clearing of reconciling items in line with company policy.
  • •Perform accurate posting of general ledger entries in SAP and customer accounts; investigate, track, and resolve outstanding reconciling items.
  • •Execute and monitor AP payment operations, including payment file transmission/reconciliation and resolving payment exceptions (e.g., stop payments, refunds, payment reissue).
  • •Drive compliance with policies, SOX controls, and local country regulations; support month-end close and payment audits with required documentation.
  • •Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities, support technology adoption/changes, and assist with escalated cases and special projects/system implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
