Key Responsibilities

  • •Own multimedia programs from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and quality standards are met.
  • •Maintain and improve program plans; execute against commitments and create metrics tracking program health and execution effectiveness.
  • •Deep dive into product architecture and design; collaborate with engineering to resolve technical challenges and optimize solutions.
  • •Communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders and customers across all levels.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks proactively; drive root cause and corrective action (RCCA) to close gaps effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in a technical field (MS preferred) such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •8+ years in technical program management (or related roles) leading large-scale programs.
  • •Strong understanding of software/hardware development lifecycles, system architecture, and design principles.
  • •Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence; experience with Agile and PLC methodologies.
  • •Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and ability to influence without authority.
