Automotive Supervisor, Post Production

Supervise daily operations in an inspection center’s post-production area, directly leading and developing hourly associates to meet production and quality targets. Manage safe vehicle flow for repairs, monitor adherence to standards and procedures, review mechanical and physical defects, and coordinate repair/reject decisions in partnership with the Inspection Center General Manager. Train associates using quality control standards to reduce re-checks, delays, and re-work, while ensuring a safe, values-driven team environment.
