Key Responsibilities

  • •Own monthly/quarterly cash reporting, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and alignment with HQ/GTR cash and treasury guidelines.
  • •Manage monthly closing activities (balance sheet review, overdue analysis, CAPEX tracking, non-recurring items) and resolve variances with accounting.
  • •Conduct P&L variance analysis for actual results and support quarterly rolling forecasts before submission.
  • •Support annual transfer pricing validation to ensure robust statutory reporting.
  • •Provide financial analysis and business partnering through financial modeling and KPI development, plus ad-hoc analysis and presentations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • •6-8 years of FP&A experience in multinational FMCG or travel retail industries.
  • •HKICPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification is a plus.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and reporting/visualization tools.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English.
