Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Production Manager to deliver safe, efficient, cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing operations and ensure EHS and company compliance.
  • •Train, coach, and develop team members across quality, safety, CNC machining, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead daily production and planning meetings to achieve manufacturing schedules and meet customer requirements.
  • •Recommend and implement improvements to manufacturing performance, equipment utilization, maintenance effectiveness, and corrective actions to reduce waste.
  • •Coordinate material flow to support product integrity, traceability, efficiency, and safety; analyze process metrics and lead shift operations and workforce planning as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading manufacturing operations in a machining environment using CNC lathes and milling machines.
  • •Demonstrated experience supervising, coaching, and developing production teams.
  • •Working knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.
  • •Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
  • •Experience driving continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
