Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in contracts/legal, risk, procurement, financial services, or related experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of related experience.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating contract terms and identifying/analyzing potential risks in agreement language.
  • •Ability to work with internal stakeholders and serve as a point of contact during contract negotiations.
  • •Experience with negotiating software license agreements, cloud computing agreements, or other technology-related contracts.
  • •Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or other relevant industry certifications.
