Contract Manager II (Remote in KC Metro)

Review, draft, and negotiate third-party supplier contracts for a range of services, including technology and financial offerings. Partner with internal stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and Business Operations to identify risks and protect UMB’s interests. Manage ongoing contract commitments by supporting budgeting and tracking spend and renewals, using contracts management and risk software to document agreements and support negotiations.
