Job Summary

Perform maintenance for a feed mill by installing, adjusting, and maintaining mechanical equipment and operating systems. Work alongside experienced technicians on general and preventive maintenance, learn to spot early equipment issues, and help with troubleshooting and repairs. You’ll also support housekeeping, operate heavy equipment for loading and unloading, and maintain a strong safety culture while following all policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist experienced technicians with routine checks, simple repairs, and preventative maintenance.
•Learn to recognize early signs of equipment issues and help initiate appropriate repair or reporting processes.
•Perform general janitorial and housekeeping duties such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, and machine cleaning.
•Operate heavy equipment to support loading and unloading trucks.
•Inspect, replace, and install parts while learning alignment, balancing, and setup techniques; participate in troubleshooting with guidance.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Production, Operations, and/or Maintenance.

•Ability to work extended hours as needed.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
