Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine building maintenance and non-technical troubleshooting for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry requests.
  • •Conduct site-wide maintenance including painting, patching walls, and replacing ceiling/flooring tiles and carpet.
  • •Inspect and repair assigned interior and exterior areas such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
  • •Support janitorial/hospitality requests including moving furniture and equipment and set-up/tear-down for special event areas.
  • •Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets and operate lifts when needed while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •2+ years of facilities maintenance experience
  • •Ability to read instructions and blueprints
  • •Experience supporting facilities work including inspections and repairs
  • •Ability to work all shifts and be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
