Job Summary

Accept and verify incoming deliveries against shipping manifests, bills of lading, and purchase orders. Coordinate with other functional groups to resolve receiving issues, and use assisted or powered equipment to load, unload, store, and deliver materials. Participate in audits to support quality and manufacturing procedures, maintain clean work areas, and follow environmental health/safety, ethics, quality, and attendance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Accept deliveries of goods and verify them against shipping manifests, bills of lading, or purchase orders.
•Interface with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve receiving-related problems.
•Load, unload, store, and deliver incoming and outgoing material using assisted and/or powered mechanical means.
•Participate in audits to ensure quality and manufacturing procedures and policies are followed.
•Comply with company rules and regulations (Environmental Health and Safety, Ethics and Compliance, Quality, attendance) and maintain a clean, orderly work area.

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or GED is required; if absent, 2 years of relevant experience is required.

•Prior experience in receiving.
•Experience with SAP.
•Strong communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills.
