Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and optimize month-end and quarter-end close processes across multiple legal entities to ensure accurate, complete reporting.
  • •Drive compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal accounting policies while maintaining audit readiness and strong financial controls.
  • •Manage and mentor the finance team by setting KPIs, fostering accountability, and supporting career development.
  • •Investigate reconciliation gaps and variances and implement corrective actions to strengthen financial controls.
  • •Champion finance transformation by applying AI/ML and RPA to automate processes and communicate ROI, productivity, and operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •CA/CPA/CWA/CGMA qualification preferred.
  • •12+ years progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controllership.
  • •3+ years people leadership or finance management experience.
  • •Strong expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R), month-end/quarter-end close, financial reconciliation/reporting, and US GAAP/SOX compliance.
