Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and provide technical and people leadership for the GCC team.
  • •Develop and maintain technical skills, competency assessment, and training for the team.
  • •Manage goals and objectives, performance reviews, rewards/recognition, and personal development plans; support career progression.
  • •Manage staffing, talent retention strategies, succession planning, and support talent acquisition.
  • •Provide technical governance and supervision to ensure competence, quality, and timely submission of detailed engineering deliverables and coordinate inputs across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience of team management responsibilities, including line management and day-to-day operations.
  • •Experience operating as a lead client contact for consultancy services and building strong relationships with clients and co-professionals.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering (or related field).
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience in building services; Chartered Engineering Status with the UK Engineering Council.
