Key Responsibilities

  • •Use independent judgment to identify and resolve human capital requests/problems within established guidelines.
  • •Analyze HR and people data and produce visualizations to support business understanding (turnover, job movement, surveys).
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners to design and build reporting and analytics solutions for business needs.
  • •Consult with HR Business Partners on accessing, filtering, and retrieving the most useful data; act as a subject matter expert on human capital data, tools, and resources.
  • •Leverage data governance for consistent, standardized deployment of data and metrics; support recurring HR processes (succession planning, performance reviews, promotions).
