  • •Lead a high-performing customer-facing, service-orientated department; coach and provide feedback to deliver the full Burberry Experience.
  • •Set performance targets and drive department productivity and profitability, including conversion rates, sales, UPT, AUR, and customer data capture.
  • •Plan department schedules to meet peak customer traffic with the right employees.
  • •Ensure team members are trained in the Burberry Experience, have sound product knowledge, and understand company policies and procedures.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop the department; drive digital strategy and integrate technology into the customer journey.

  • •Demonstrate leadership and people management skills, including the ability to recruit, train, develop, and assess talent.
  • •Proven ability to increase sales and profitability, while driving and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

  • •Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems, comfortable using digital tools.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a store or concession management role in a high-volume, high-turnover environment, with relevant product-category experience.
