Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants).
  • •Provide care in skilled nursing facilities in line with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Qualified specialties include, but are not limited to, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine.
