  • •Garantizar una experiencia de cliente excepcional y cumplir objetivos regionales en ventas y margen.
  • •Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar a los equipos de tienda a lo largo de la región.
  • •Gestionar la ejecución de políticas, merchandising, precios, testers, caja y merma en todas las tiendas.
  • •Identificar necesidades formativas y proponer planes de acción para mejorar operaciones y rendimiento.
  • •Colaborar con otros departamentos y stakeholders para optimizar procesos y eficiencia de la región.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as Area Manager or regional retail leader, managing multiple stores and achieving regional sales targets.
  • •Proven leadership and people development skills, with ability to recruit, evaluate and develop talent across stores.
  • •Strong analytical abilities to monitor regional KPIs and translate data into action plans.
  • •Fluent Spanish with professional English proficiency; native Spanish preferred.
  • •Willingness to travel frequently within the Levante region to oversee stores and programs.
