  • •Perform comprehensive medical surveillance tailored to specific job profiles and risk exposure to effectively prevent, diagnose work-related pathologies, and facilitate job retention.
  • •Identify, assess, and refer vulnerable employee groups or individuals to relevant specialists when appropriate.
  • •Propose, pilot, and participate in occupational health actions and projects in close cooperation and consultation with specialized teams.
  • •Propose fitness-to-work recommendations based on workplace risks and individual health assessments.
  • •Support and deliver the organization of emergency responses and high-quality first-aid provisions on-site.
