Key Responsibilities

  • •Set strategy and own outcomes for the AML Prevent group within the AML Squad.
  • •Define and mature prevention success metrics, including how the squad measures impact beyond detection.
  • •Collaborate with regional compliance officers to deliver global controls that satisfy local regulators and law enforcement.
  • •Work with data scientists, product analysts, product designers, product compliance managers, operations leads, and software engineers to ship prevention products that reduce AML risk and operational cost.
  • •Provide line management and/or mentoring support to an existing Senior Product Manager and Associate Product Manager.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 148,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6 years of direct product management experience, ideally closer to 10.
  • •Proven ability to build advanced machine learning, LLM, or other algorithmic/data-heavy products.
  • •Customer obsession with the ability to apply user research and empathy to regulators and law enforcement as “customers”.
  • •Ability to define product vision into a clear roadmap with measurable “definition of done”.
  • •Extensive cross-functional experience with engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists, and researchers.
