Academic Mentor Bilingual Spanish/English

Provide non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades 6–12 to improve online learning outcomes. Work with students and parents to identify strengths and areas for improvement, deliver targeted intervention, and monitor progress against key success metrics. Run cohort orientation sessions, facilitate small-group student and parent resource sessions, and maintain regular communication via phone, email, instant messenger, and web conferencing.
