Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve manufacturing process and product design problems through investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for weld processes within the plant engineering group.
  • •Create cost-effective and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve operations.
  • •Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
  • •Maintain manufacturing standards and develop work instructions and standardized work aligned to product and manufacturing specifications; partner with EHS for OSHA-compliant equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
