Welding Plant Engineer

Operate and improve welding and manufacturing processes in a plant engineering environment. Lead investigations into manufacturing and product design issues using statistical studies and corrective actions, and serve as the weld process subject matter expert. Design manufacturing flow lines, workstation layouts, and station controls to improve efficiency and quality. Standardize work instructions and partner with EHS to ensure equipment and processes meet OSHA-compliant safety requirements.
