Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach and support teller staff to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate teller performance in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Serve as a resource for identifying and resolving more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker appropriately.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line responsibilities, including scheduling, observing performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory, security, and audit controls.
  • •Balance cash drawers within balancing guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures while promoting products and services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
  • •3+ years of demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
  • •3+ years of experienced cash handling (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator (required).
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and manage multiple tasks (required).
