Production Manager

Direct manufacturing departments to achieve production, quality, service, safety, and cost-reduction targets. Own equipment/material and process-flow planning, staffing and scheduling, and participation in annual operating plans with KPI tracking. Lead cross-functional teams representing manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement and significant department projects, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies while fostering a safe workplace.
