Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical oversight for training and assessment activities of Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) responsibilities.
  • •Lead the design and development of aircrew training material and strategies to meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop, deliver, and assess technical learning solutions, including complex testing of training devices to validate outcomes.
  • •Conduct training for customer pilots and ground-based simulator flight instructors, mentoring trainees as necessary.
  • •Evaluate training effectiveness and customer feedback, and lead the design and delivery of complex training courses using multiple modalities and devices.

Key Requirements

  • •800+ hours as a USAF Helicopter Pilot, other US military equivalent, or AW139 Pilot.
  • •100+ hours’ experience with training systems as an aircrew instructor.
  • •Ability to attain Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) certification within 1 year of hire date.
  • •Experience and ability to operate independently with senior levels of customer.
  • •Ability to travel internationally 10% of the time.
