Maintain production equipment and facilities by completing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and repairing or replacing faulty parts to minimize downtime. Follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Support production and quality teams with equipment expertise, perform facility maintenance, and keep machinery components clean, lubricated, and in top operating condition within a safe, compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule to keep production lines running efficiently and minimize downtime.
•Set up, inspect, visually test, and repair malfunctioning machinery to restore full functionality.
•Diagnose equipment issues with supervisors by listening for unusual sounds or malfunctions and addressing faults quickly.
•Follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT safety procedures and adhere to GMPs to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
•Support production and quality teams with troubleshooting or repairs and assist with facility care and maintenance.

Salary: USD 25.45 - 36.05 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance experience, or 4 years of direct related experience.
•Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree in technical maintenance or a vocational school (preferred).
•Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact with personnel and outside contractors.
•Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
•Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, including reading work orders and equipment manuals.
