Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete daily preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on schedule to keep production lines running efficiently and minimize downtime.
  • •Set up, inspect, visually test, and repair malfunctioning machinery to restore full functionality.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues with supervisors by listening for unusual sounds or malfunctions and addressing faults quickly.
  • •Follow LOCKOUT/TAGOUT safety procedures and adhere to GMPs to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
  • •Support production and quality teams with troubleshooting or repairs and assist with facility care and maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED with 1+ years of related industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance experience, or 4 years of direct related experience.
  • •Vocational/technical diploma or associate degree in technical maintenance or a vocational school (preferred).
  • •Ability to function effectively in a team environment and interact with personnel and outside contractors.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
  • •Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, including reading work orders and equipment manuals.
