Key Responsibilities

  • •Hold overall responsibility for monitoring student progress, attainment, and Arabic curriculum delivery with the SLT.
  • •Line-manage Arabic teachers and learning assistants; provide developmental feedback through performance management.
  • •Develop and evaluate assessments and assessment systems; moderate marking and internal benchmarking assessments.
  • •Lead professional development programs and train teachers to use formative and summative assessment information effectively.
  • •Manage budgets, orders, end-of-year reports and action plans; support recruitment/orientation and chair Arabic/Islamic committees/workshops as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and teaching certification, with education leadership/management training.
  • •Two years’ senior or middle leadership experience in a similar setting.
  • •Knowledge of international accreditation, inspection, and evaluation frameworks.
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication skills with strong stakeholder relationship management.
  • •Knowledge of child protection and health and safety, with ability to develop and sustain high-performance teams.
