•Build and maintain infrastructure to explain marketing growth drivers and the ‘why’ behind performance.
•Identify opportunities within the Marketing Financials process and partner with marketing and regional teams to drive strategic execution.
•Productionise the Marketing Financials process by automating driver analysis and delivering deep-dives into growth performance.
•Develop and deploy advanced analytics consumption tools, including Lightdash reporting, Streamlit apps, and AI/agentic automation.
•Collaborate with stakeholders as an analytics infrastructure subject matter expert and contribute to overall analytics strategy focused on actionable understanding.

Pay and Benefits

•Strong ability to understand marketing mechanics to ensure data products meaningfully explain growth drivers.
•Proven ability to identify analytical opportunities in financial/marketing processes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into strategic execution.
