Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead counsel in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts supporting IT, applications, business process, digital, consulting, and AI services sales and delivery.
  • •Advise business clients on terms, conditions, and risks in complex outsourcing relationships (scope, SLAs, pricing schedules, IP, benchmarking, termination).
  • •Support resolutions to business disputes with customers.
  • •Enforce compliance with corporate policies.
  • •Collaborate with internal corporate units and global stakeholders, including managing executive briefings and escalations.

Salary: CAD 266,662 - 331,925 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience as a lawyer, with at least 3 years drafting and negotiating complex IT services agreements, including leading or second-chairing outsourcing contract negotiations.
  • •Ability to exercise independent judgment and interact with senior business executives.
  • •Knowledge of the market for complex IT services.
  • •Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
  • •Flexibility to work with multiple stakeholders in an evolving business environment.
