Manager, Funds and Discretionary Services - Private Banking Operations

Lead day-to-day operations for Private Banking discretionary account services, supporting mandate opening, maintenance, termination, parameter setup, and fund transfer activities (top-up, redemption, and income distribution). Oversee fee booking, trailer/placement fee handling, monthly reporting, and reconciliation checks to maintain service accuracy. Collaborate with the team manager, supervise and train team members, investigate incidents/root causes, and help improve operational workflows and service quality.
