Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design activities within a multidisciplinary team for moderate to high complexity design packages.
  • •Coordinate design across architectural and engineering teams to deliver integrated outputs and ensure multi-disciplinary coordination.
  • •Ensure internal governance is followed at bid stage and during delivery, including compliance with codes, permits, and standards.
  • •Review, approve, and interpret design documentation (including vendor/subcontractor/3rd-party information) and mark up drawings.
  • •Provide line management and mentoring to lower grade team members and support operational initiatives alongside senior leaders.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Fully Qualified Architect with ARB registration (or equivalent) and proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably in infrastructure.
  • •Ability to produce and coordinate design information through all RIBA Stages, leading and working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Strong technical design content with a CSA bias and experience in design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.
  • •Understanding of UK Building Systems, Standards and Regulations, and construction types, with compliance across relevant codes/permits.
  • •IT literate with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage workload and deadlines.
