Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of natural gas projects and skid-based solutions within the PRM China organization, from early engagement through final handover. Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance while managing contractual commitments, scope and change, and technical/commercial variations. Coordinate internal and external resources (including inspections and commissioning) and provide transparent customer status updates. Drive project outcomes against KPIs and strengthen customer trust across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage natural gas projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring contractual commitments are met from pursuit through delivery.
•Support early-stage activities including scope clarification, change management, commercial terms, and alignment with customer and partner expectations.
•Manage technical and commercial variations to improve customer satisfaction and support margin improvement.
•Develop and execute project plans covering scope, resources, budget, schedule, milestones, and deliverables using Emerson project management practices.
•Coordinate internal and external resources (e.g., third-party inspections, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and site acceptance) and manage risks through mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Solid project management and engineering experience, ideally with EPC/turnkey projects related to natural gas or energy infrastructure.
•Working knowledge of project scheduling tools such as MS Project and structured project planning methodologies.
•Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in complex project environments.
•Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, with the ability to present clearly to varied audiences.
