Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall responsibility for SRD projects and drive successful completion.
  • •Coordinate across marketing, engineering, sourcing, production, quality, aftermarket, and technical service functions.
  • •Plan, follow up, and ensure deliverables are achieved (time plan/gates and milestones, budget, product cost, product specification, product quality, resource allocation).
  • •Motivate and support colleagues, secure organizational support, and communicate demand/progress within the line organization.
  • •Present monthly project status to steering committees and contribute to PM competence development in the SRD organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above in engineering (preferably Project Management, Manufacturing, or related majors).
  • •Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • •Proven experience managing global BD/NPD projects.
  • •Strong English communication skills, leadership, and the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
  • •Knowledge of the SRD project manual is an asset; mining industry experience is desirable.
