Seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications (SPM/CSM/ITSM/ITAM) for the Pegasus program. You will collaborate with platform teams and stakeholders, integrate systems, manage data migrations, lead test automation, and maintain comprehensive documentation to support US military and coalition warfighting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•ServiceNow Configuration and Development: Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet SPM, CSM, ITSM and ITAM requirements.
•Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
•Integration and Data Migration: Integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications; manage data migration tasks as needed.
•Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.
•Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configurations and developments; lead test automation and ensure system stability and reliability.

Key Requirements

•3-10 years of related experience
•Bachelor’s degree
•Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance
•Must translate requirements for IT systems across design, test, transition-in, operations and maintenance, and continual improvement processes
•Must have a current IAT Level II certification (DoW 8570.01) and active CSA ServiceNow Certification
