Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and implement project control processes and procedures.
  • •Administer cost/change control, including change order review, negotiation, delay analysis, and contingency draw management.
  • •Track and review change orders and weekly progress; produce monthly management reports and review reports.
  • •Prepare and review earned value reports; review general contractor cost tracking reports and reconcile actual costs with GMP/Schedule of Values.
  • •Maintain project documents and support closeout: owner cost tracking, contract administration, risk log attendance, PO closure, and close documentation requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction project controls.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
