Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate end-to-end leadership talent processes including performance goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration sessions, and succession/resiliency planning.
  • •Partner with CAO and senior Talent Management & Development leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent priorities and connect decisions to follow-up actions.
  • •Prepare executive-ready materials (presentations, briefing documents, data summaries) by synthesizing performance, potential, and succession data into recommended narratives.
  • •Maintain process governance by managing timelines, checkpoints, deliverables, and proactively resolving gaps or inconsistencies ahead of key reviews.
  • •Identify continuous improvement opportunities within established frameworks to simplify and enhance tools, templates, and workflows for talent process effectiveness.

Key Requirements
