Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/support technical delivery of APM projects from design through closure.
  • •Create/support design documents including FDS, DDS, test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Lead customer meetings, including design workshops, trainings, and testing sessions.
  • •Track and manage project progress per schedule; report regularly to all stakeholders.
  • •Lead/monitor post go-live activities to capture value and escalate customer issues to the right internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years’ experience designing and implementing APM solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of unit operations and processes in chemical process industries, including building equipment/process performance models using thermodynamics and first principles.
  • •Experience with APM modules such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • •Hands-on analytics and data work using R, Python (or other machine learning tools), including writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • •Experience integrating with other systems using OPC, OLEDB, ODBC, and web services, and implementing APM using tools like Aspen M-Tell, GE Smart Signal, AVEVA APM, or Expert Microsystems SureSense.
