Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and execute VisaNet Enhancement projects aligned to business goals, coordinating cross-functional global, regional, and local teams.
  • •Develop product strategy and solution design for network product/platform processing, including use cases, technology/platform choices, scalability, and performance.
  • •Lead end-to-end lifecycle management for Network Product Value-Added Services (VAS), including competitive analysis, go-to-market strategy, adoption with sales, and KPI reporting.
  • •Oversee processing integrity and data quality program management for local implementation of global policies, monitoring compliance, and producing reports/dashboards.
  • •Perform go-to-market coordination, commercialization activities, and training/second-level support for internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of experience in card payment operations, product management, project management, or related roles within payments/financial services.
  • •Proven track record managing complex network product enhancement projects with successful outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of VisaNet or similar payment network infrastructure.
  • •Fluency in English; strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
