Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary technical escalation point for premium global publishers and diagnose integration issues across code, network traffic, and ad server configurations
•Lead implementation calls, troubleshooting sessions, and product walkthroughs for Brazilian customers in Portuguese
•Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding of MonetizeMore tools (e.g., PubGuru, Advanced Ads) for high-value accounts, ensuring zero downtime and optimal revenue
•Write and debug custom JavaScript, HTML, and API integrations to adapt monetization solutions to customers' websites and apps
•Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable value propositions for non-technical stakeholders and provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a highly technical, client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
•Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with ability to guide Brazilian customers
•Excellent English communication for internal/global collaboration
•Strong front-end web technologies knowledge: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, HTTP/Network protocols and Chrome DevTools
•Experience with ad tech tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, GPT) and API integrations
