Learning Designer

Design and develop Coursera-produced online learning content while supporting APAC partners. You’ll lead scalable learning design (short- and long-form), translating SME expertise into vendor-ready deliverables like learning outcomes, storyboards, and assessment specifications. Using modular, skill-aligned design systems and acceptance criteria, you’ll partner with production vendors to ensure quality, provide actionable feedback, and measure learning impact. You’ll also contribute to AI-assisted design and production tooling to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
