AVP, Service Operations & Business Engagement

Lead strategic partnerships between Production Management and multiple Lines of Business, aligning operational priorities, resiliency strategies, and service delivery with business objectives, customer expectations, and enterprise risk requirements. Drive adoption and continuous improvement of the Production Management operating model through executive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting/scorecards, performance indicators, and readiness planning. Oversee people leadership for the assigned functional area and ensure operational risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
