Cost Manager - Healthcare

Lead end-to-end cost management delivery for high-profile healthcare projects within the London real estate business. Guide clients through project stages from feasibility to completion, support two-stage tendering, and manage procurement activities. Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports, administer contracts using JCT and NEC, and contribute to contract administration, value engineering, and lifecycle costing, including negotiating final accounts.
