Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service for walk-ins and incoming calls.
  • •Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and apply payments on customer accounts.
  • •Stock, clean, merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and a safe shopping environment.
  • •Learn BisTrack and perform tasks such as identifying inventory discrepancies, receiving, and POS work.
  • •Refer potential leads to outside sales and communicate effectively with internal teams to improve issues with urgency.
