•Promote, establish, and implement a comprehensive program risk management system across the full lifecycle.
•Lead the Risk Management function, providing direction and motivation to staff while fostering a risk-aware culture.
•Ensure resources, tools, and systems are in place for identification, assessment, and treatment of risks and opportunities.
•Deliver program risk management services in alignment with governance frameworks and program objectives.
•Develop and implement robust risk management plans including methodologies for risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 277,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership experience
•Ability to travel
•11+ years of experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors
•Extensive experience in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) techniques and tools (e.g., @Risk, ARM, Acumen, InEight) including analysis of complex logic-linked cost-loaded schedules
•Experience delivering risk management plans within projects and programs; strong communication and facilitation skills
