Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise, styling, and tailored recommendations, driving cross-sell and upsell to improve loyalty and revenue. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Complete daily operational tasks such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining brand standards.
