Build trusted relationships with retail banking customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. •Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, and completing service requests.
•Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services and leverage resources/technologies to optimize client experience.

•Thorough knowledge of retail products and services and applicable bank/branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
