Supervisor - Ops Terminals Yamato

Provide supervision to employees for day-to-day barge and mill services at the Yamato terminal, including assigning work, prioritizing dock and mill tasks, coordinating material movement, and assisting the Superintendent with overtime and budget control. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing regulations and corporate policy, delivering safety training, and ensuring employees are trained on equipment and terminal operating procedures. Handle reporting, timekeeping audits, evaluations, and customer/vendor interactions.
