Drive growth of Autodesk Tandem and Operations Solutions in London by executing the local sales plan, qualifying inbound leads, upselling within existing Autodesk customers, and collaborating with global teams. Lead compelling product demonstrations, apply value-based selling, and provide accurate forecasts. Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption, travel up to 30%, and support events to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow the Autodesk Tandem and Autodesk Operations Solutions business in your territory through implementing your business plan and growth strategies to achieve individual sales targets and team revenue objectives.
•Qualify and pursue new inbound leads as well as identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing Autodesk customers while collaborating with Autodesk teams within our target industries and segments.
•Partner with Customer Success to develop customer growth plans, ensuring successful adoption and long-term use of Tandem.
•Lead customer presentations and product demonstrations that are informative and compelling in multiple formats.
•Travel to customer sites and participate in Executive Briefings along with attendance and support of trade shows and events as needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years previous experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market customers
•BA/BS in Business or a related discipline, experience in Factory, AEC, Facility Operations or Smart Building is a plus
•Adept at the art of the story telling to develop and deliver compelling presentations focused on customer value
•Experience collaborating with globally distributed direct and indirect sales teams
•Exceptional communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering partnerships internally and externally at varying organizational levels and functional disciplines
