Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate MEPS change orders, including process utility and critical infrastructure systems, throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Prepare and present cost plans, estimates, and budgets for MEPS scopes and utility infrastructure; develop and validate estimates with design teams and contractors.
  • •Review and reconcile cost changes for accuracy and alignment; perform cost checks, valuations, cost verification, and quantity surveying.
  • •Manage post-contract cost variances, change control, and MEPS cost audits, validations, and financial compliance processes (including SOX where applicable).
  • •Meet clients and project teams, produce monthly cost reports and executive summaries of contractor submissions, and support funding presentations, value engineering, and final account closeout activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 6 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •RICS accredited or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, cost planning, value management, value engineering, and construction delivery methodologies.
  • •Extensive experience with MEPS systems, process utilities, and critical infrastructure on manufacturing, industrial, and/or data center projects.
