Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal engineering activities including CAD, programming, field engineering, shop activities, installation and repair, and project sign-off.
  • •Oversee external outsourced or subcontract work supporting project installation activities.
  • •Oversee the technical services department budget and recommend needs to the General Manager.
  • •Mentor Level I, II, and III technicians in the absence of the Installation Manager; monitor labor expenditures vs. budget.
  • •Support client training and field testing of integrated systems; maintain project documentation and manage scheduling/resources.
